The Situation
The Peet's brand & marketing teams were on the hunt for a partner to help with a design overhaul to their website.

The Ask
We told them that they not only needed a revamp of the design, but the site needed a soul. It was a basic storefront that embodied none of what the real brand stands for.

The Answer
Through an in store photo & content shoot, an off site content shoot, extensive writing, user journey research and a massive redesign we evolved the experience for consumers on Peets.com to be one that aligns with the brand and speaks to the craft that goes into everything they do.

The Results
The homepage design launched the last week of April, but the clients are loving it so far. SVP Brand & DTC
Jessica Buttimer said "You guys are true pros. Thank you for breathing life into the site and being so great to work with."
And Kimberley Yaeger Senior Director of Brand said "It was so great working with you and the team - thanks for all the collaboration, creativity and coffee beauty! ❤️"
The journey started in January in April 2023 and it ended in April 2025. After reaching out to Kimberly about the potential of working together and months of back-and-forth on LinkedIn, the conversation transferred to email and quickly I found myself in a conference room in Emeryville with her and the marketing and teams at Peets, and we were kicking off the full reset of their website with my agency.
This included them trusting us, and Jayson and I with delivering on our proposal of breathing life into the site, crafting a tighter user journey, and a complete redesign along with a new coffee quiz.
The homepage is live so far, and I couldn't be more proud of what we accomplished.
