With a dip in enrollment or interest, the CFP board was in need of bringing the next generation into the profession.

The Ask
Recruit GenZ to consider becoming a Financial Planner.

The Answer
A social campaign that takes a categorically non-traditional approach designed to remind people that while their dream job may not be a reality they can have a career that matches what they dream about for their life.

The Results
Still coming in as this campaign is live as of Sept 2024, but it hit it's goal in 3 months with 3100 students raising their hand to download the career guide.
